The Problem.
Trinity Event Solutions, a dynamic and forward-thinking venue finding and event management agency at the forefront of their industry, were being held back by their technology.
Trinity recognised the need for a flexible, intuitive digital platform that provided a venue-finding solution to better serve their clients and save time internally, as their existing systems were not offering a positive User Experience (UX) across the board.
Their existing systems were fragmented, partly online and partly manual, leading to inconsistency and a great deal of duplicated effort. As a result, time was being wasted, delays were being caused and the data they held was often incorrect. This was creating issues for them as a business.
The Outcome.
A robust platform that was comprehensive, easy to use and supported agencies in the search for venues.

- Ability to monitor the full event process from initial enquiry to post-event support
- Time and cost savings due to replacing a laborious manual process with an automated one
- A streamlined process, with centralisation of all internal databases, client portals and external online portals.
The Process.
A Discovery was carried out with Trinity to fully scope the project and define the desired product and outcomes. User Research was undertaken, including workshops, interviews and surveys.
Using the output from this research, we analysed the findings, creating a robust user-centred design and delivery plan for the project.
Development of a global venue finding and event management software followed, to enhance Trinity’s services and enable them to provide excellent customer service. The software brought consistency and accuracy of key information, with venues enabled and encouraged to update their own data.
