An easily accessible platform to provide online training, and the awarding of CPD certification.
The Problem.
S4S Dental Laboratory found it was often difficult for practitioners to be able to take time out of their practice in order to physically attend training seminars.
A platform was required to enable the purchase of training seminars online, for a variety of available courses, and then complete a questionnaire in order to receive their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate.
The Outcome.
A platform that quickly and easily provides access to purchased courses, with a simple feedback form. By developing this platform S4S can now offer their training to a much wider audience in a much more convenient way.
Once a course is purchased, the customer is automatically sent an email which contains a unique URL to access the course.
After the seminar has been watched in full, a form needs to be completed. Upon completion it is sent to the S4S team for validation, from this a CPD certificate can be awarded.
The Process.
We kicked off the project with a Discovery session, focused on understanding the existing problem in order to design a solution that met user needs and delivered the best experience for the end user.
The output from the Discovery workshop fed into our design process, helping us design a look and feel to match with the S4S brand, and a customer journey that delivered excellent User Experience (UX).
