The Problem.
Fernco were trying to add functionality into their app which their previous developers couldn’t seem to crack. This was resulting in huge delays and spiralling costs. They also knew that in the future they were only going to add more functionality and needed a partner who could handle complex specifications and turn them into a programmed calculator for their business.
The Outcome.
A streamlined mobile application that allows users to quickly and effectively find appropriate products to match their requirements. Users can add specific products to their favourites and promptly contact Fernco to order the products.
We also work with Fernco in an Agile manner, with constant development and ever changing requirements new and exciting features are added to the app regularly.
The Process.
We started the process by meeting with the Fernco team and understanding their organisation and needs for the application. We then took some time to review their current app and fix any bugs that were present. After reviewing and understanding the app in more detail we quickly got to work implementing complex specifications and turning them into programmed calculators aimed at allowing users to promptly find appropriate Fernco products.
