Digital Exchange offer complete communication services to their customers through a range of both physical and virtual technology services.
They had an existing website but felt it did not accurately reflect their brand and vision, was out-of-date, overcrowded with too much text and had a confusing user journey.
Digital Exchange needed help to completely overhaul their online presence and strategy.
What we did
We kicked off the project with a marketing workshop where we discussed and identified the business strengths and values, as well as the core services, to define the key messages for the business.
We also defined a different way to portray the services Digital Exchange offer, helping to make their key messages much clearer.
From this session we were able to plan a complete rebrand of Digital Exchange, creating a new logo that was modern and fitting for the company. We also built a brand new website to reflect everything agreed in the marketing workshop, offering a much simpler and pleasurable user experience.
