Synergize are a construction and facilities management company that specialise in providing energy efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for homeowners.
Improving internal communication within the business was a key objective and Synergize were keen to explore how digital could help them achieve this.
What we did
The project kicked off with a workshop to identify areas that could potentially benefit from better staff engagement. From this we began scoping out how an app could help improve this.
We developed a mobile app to improve internal communication between field based employees and management.
The mobile app was built with clean and simple navigation, to ensure it was easy to use for all team members.
Through the app employees can keep up-to-date with company news/updates, provide feedback and stay informed about relevant opportunities within the company.
